How it all started

Hello – I am Felicity and I am the face behind Mini & Me!

In 2022, my life changed when I became a mum to my eldest son, Theo and I realised I wanted to build a life around him. When Bradley was born in November 2023, I knew I needed to pursue my dream of a job that fit around my family.

I graduated with a BA Hons Primary Education with QTS in 2014 and have also qualified in neuroscience in early years. I have been teaching children from aged 5-11 years old for 10 years; however, I found returning to teaching after my maternity leave difficult – physically and emotionally. The demand of teaching was eating up the precious time I had with my family and I realised I could put my teaching skills to better use!

Child development is something I am passionate about: the early learning and interactions right from birth can have a tremendous impact on how our brains develop and compose who we are as we grow. At Mini and Me, I have created classes to help develop the connections in your mini’s mind, which also help build a beautiful bond between you both.
